BEAT THE HEAT and enjoy the cool breezes off San Francisco Bay at Jack London Square. The average high  temperature  during the day is 70° F (21° C) with low temperatures at 55° F (12.778° C).  This could be heaven on earth!  It’s like this all year round!  So be sure to pack a light jacket or sweater.    You’ve been planning to participate in the San Francisco XXXIX FISAE Global Congress since we announced it in 2012.  Many ex libris enthusiasts have already made their travel arrangements to attend the Congress.  If you are planning to attend, please register before August 15th, 2022 so that we can fulfill our financial obligations with vendors (as soon as possible).  It will be necessary to increase registration fees after this date.  We safely accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal on our website.  No cash please unless you transfer funds from your PayPal account.  If you prefer the wire transfer method from your bank, PayPal  accepts this option.
